Role & responsibilities

- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse, ensuring a seamless, premium, and welcoming experience for all residents and their guests.

- Facility Management: Maintain all clubhouse amenities (including the gymnasium, swimming pool, spa, sports courts, and banquet areas) to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal.

- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage clubhouse staff, including receptionists, housekeeping, maintenance personnel, lifeguards, and fitness instructors.

- Event & Activity Planning: Conceptualize, plan, and execute community events, recreational programs, and festive celebrations. Coordinate with residents for booking and managing private events within the clubhouse venues.

- Member Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for all resident inquiries, feedback, and concerns. Ensure swift and satisfactory resolution of any grievances to maintain high resident satisfaction.

- Vendor & Budget Management: Manage clubhouse operating budgets, track inventory, and oversee vendor contracts for equipment maintenance, event catering,



and facility supplies.

- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all facilities adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related field.

- Experience: 5-8 years of proven experience as a Club Manager, Front Office Manager, or in a similar leadership role within a luxury residential complex, premium club, or 5-star hotel environment.

- Core Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with a strong customer-centric approach.

- Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team, manage conflicts professionally, and handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

- Attributes: Polished demeanor, highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Must be open to working flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to align with peak clubhouse usage times.
