Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Mangalore / Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions.
- Oversee international financial transactions, foreign exchange (Forex), cross-border payments, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, statutory regulations, and financial audits.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and financial risk.
- Prepare and present financial reports, MIS, and strategic insights to senior management.
- Develop financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Coordinate with auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualified qualification.




- 10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably in Engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of international transactions, Forex management, import/export finance, and cross-border compliance.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
