With an established clinical infrastructure, multidisciplinary medical expertise, defined SOPs and real-world patient outcomes, Purple Heron is now preparing for its next phase of institutional growth and expansion. We are looking for a senior, entrepreneurial finance and investment professional who can help build our investor network, strengthen financial reporting and identify strategic capital and partnership opportunities.

Role Overview: Purple Heron is seeking an experienced C-Suite Executive – Investments, Corporate Finance & Strategic Growth to lead investor outreach, fundraising preparation, financial strategy, valuation, M&A; evaluation and strategic relationship development. The selected executive will work closely with the founders and leadership team. The person will be responsible for continuously identifying relevant investors, family offices, venture capital funds, private equity firms, healthcare funds and strategic partners.

This is not limited to arranging meetings. The executive must take end-to-end ownership of researching opportunities, preparing investment material, approaching investors, maintaining relationships and following up until discussions progress toward a meaningful outcome.

Key Responsibilities · Investor Search and Fundraising · Identify and approach relevant venture capital funds, private equity firms, family offices, institutional investors, healthcare-focused funds and strategic investors. · Develop and maintain a structured database of potential investors and funding opportunities. · Conduct personalised outreach through email, LinkedIn, industry networks, conferences and direct introductions. · Arrange investor meetings and prepare the founders for each discussion. · Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the complete investor relationship pipeline. · Track investor responses, feedback, due diligence requirements and the status of each opportunity.



· Represent Purple Heron professionally during initial investor and strategic partnership discussions. · Valuation and Financial Planning · Prepare and review company valuations using appropriate valuation methodologies. · Develop detailed financial models, revenue projections, profitability analysis and expansion forecasts. · Prepare investor-ready financial reports, MIS reports, dashboards and management presentations. · Analyse cash flow, EBITDA, capital requirements, unit economics and return-on-investment projections. · Work with accountants, auditors, legal advisors and consultants to ensure that financial data is accurate and presentation-ready. · Support the leadership team in deciding the appropriate capital structure, including equity, debt, structured finance and strategic investment. · Mergers, Acquisitions and Strategic Partnerships · Identify potential merger, acquisition, joint venture, licensing and strategic partnership opportunities. · Conduct preliminary commercial and financial evaluation of potential targets or partners. · Support valuation, due diligence, negotiation, deal structuring and transaction documentation. · Coordinate with legal, financial and operational advisors throughout the transaction process. · Evaluate opportunities for domestic and international expansion. · Develop strategic relationships with hospitals, healthcare companies, investors, technology partners and institutional organisations. · Investor Relations and Corporate Communication · Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors. · Prepare pitch decks, investor briefs, information memorandums, business plans and financial presentations. · Communicate business performance, milestones, expansion plans and financial updates professionally. · Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of all investor-related discussions. · Establish a systematic investor relations and reporting framework for Purple Heron. · Required Qualifications and Experience Minimum three years of relevant experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, M&A;, corporate finance, transaction advisory,



fundraising or investor relations. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in finance, strategy, investment management or a related field. Candidates from IIMs or other leading Indian or international business schools will be strongly preferred and encouraged to apply.

Strong understanding of the venture capital, private equity, family office and institutional investment ecosystem. Demonstrated experience in company valuation, financial modelling, MIS preparation and investor presentations.

Experience in mergers, acquisitions, transaction advisory or corporate restructuring. Proven ability to build professional relationships with investors, clients, founders and senior decision-makers. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation and networking skills. High level of ownership, discretion, integrity and professional maturity. Ability to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes.

Preferred

Profile- Preference will be given to candidates who have: · Existing relationships with venture capital funds, private equity firms, family offices or healthcare investors. · Previous experience in healthcare, hospitals, health technology, medical services or consumer healthcare. · Successfully supported or completed fundraising, acquisition, merger or strategic investment transactions. · Experience working directly with founders or promoter-led organisations. · Strong knowledge of domestic and international capital markets. · Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to work in a rapid-growing organisation. Work Arrangement- Candidates may apply for Full-time, office-based engagement in Jaipur Hybrid engagement Remote or online engagement Remote candidates must be available for regular virtual meetings and should be willing to travel for important investor meetings, conferences, due diligence discussions and strategic negotiations whenever required.
