Branch Manager - Freight Forwarding/ NVOCC Opening for Hyderabad:

Role & Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, and Logistics services.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Understand customer shipping requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.

Coordinate with Pricing, Operations, Customer Service, and Documentation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify recent business opportunities.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and resolving service-related concerns.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain Sales is preferred.





Strong understanding of international freight movement, import/export processes, and logistics services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to identify customer needs and provide value-driven logistics solutions.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities, if required.
