Maxxis Rubber India Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible finance qualified for the position of Jr. Executive / Executive Banking & Treasury. The role involves handling day-to-day banking operations, payment processing, bank reconciliation, forex transactions, statutory payments, and financial documentation.

The position provides an opportunity to work in a multinational business environment with exposure to domestic and international banking operations, foreign currency payments, and coordination with banks and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Banking Operations & SAP Activities

- Process payment inputs through banking portals and ensure timely execution of transactions.
- Post banking-related entries in SAP and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and banks for smooth processing of payments.
- Assist in resolving banking-related queries and operational issues.

2. Bank Statement Management & Reconciliation

- Download and maintain bank statements and transaction details in Excel.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate for resolution of reconciliation differences and maintain supporting records.

3. Domestic & Forex Payment Processing

- Prepare and process domestic and international payment transactions.
- Prepare forex payment documents and coordinate with banks for execution.
- Handle USD payment documentation and related compliance requirements.
- Support External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) payment documentation and processing.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents for foreign currency transactions.

4. Salary & Statutory Payments





- Process salary payments and related banking activities.
- Prepare and verify payment documents before submission.
- Execute statutory payments including Customs Duty, TDS, GST, and other regulatory payments.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

5. Treasury Support & Fund Planning

- Assist in daily fund planning and cash flow monitoring.
- Support fund transfer activities as per business requirements.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to banking and finance operations.

6. Bank Coordination & Documentation

- Coordinate with bank representatives for payment processing and transaction-related queries.
- Follow up with banks for transaction status, documentation, and required approvals.
- Maintain banking records and ensure timely completion of banking activities.

7. Reporting & Finance Support

- Prepare banking-related reports and MIS as required.
- Support the finance team during month-end closing activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely availability of banking data for reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in banking operations, treasury, or finance functions.
- Experience in forex payments, international banking transactions, and banking documentation will be preferred.
- Candidates from MNCs or organizations handling overseas transactions will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in SAP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation, payment processing, cash management, and statutory payments.
- Basic understanding of RBI guidelines and foreign exchange transaction processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple banking activities.
