Back Office Cum Accountant

Location: Bhumi World Industrial Park, Bhumi World Industrial Park Themghar, C9-26, Mumbai - Nashik Expy, Pimplas, Pimpalas, Maharashtra 421302

Experience: 2–3 Years Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

We are looking for a Back Office & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day billing, purchase documentation, and back-office activities. The candidate will also coordinate with the Stores and Purchase Department and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), and Bills of Material (BOM).
- Create bills and invoices and share them through Email and WhatsApp.
- Maintain records and documentation related to billing and purchases.
- Coordinate with the Stores and Purchase Department for day-to-day requirements.




- Handle data entry and documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Perform routine back-office and basic accounts-related tasks.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Back Office, Accounts, Billing, Purchase, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of Tally is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
