✔ 10+ years of successful leadership experience in Life & Health Insurance Tele Sales.
✔ Proven expertise in setting up and scaling high-performing Tele Sales teams from scratch.
✔ Candidates with an existing network/team of 50+ Tele Sales professionals will be given strong preference.
✔ Demonstrated success in driving large-scale Direct Business and consistently delivering exceptional revenue growth.
