Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver English language and literature classes effectively.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, communication skills, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Evaluate students through tests, assignments, presentations, and examinations.
- Provide guidance and support to improve students’ language proficiency.
- Encourage active participation in classroom discussions and activities.
- Maintain attendance, internal marks, and academic records of students.
- Conduct remedial classes for slow learners when required.
- Assist in organizing seminars, debates, literary events, and language clubs.
- Use contemporary teaching methods and educational technology in the classroom.




- Mentor students for academic and personal development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and institutional activities.
- Support placement and communication training programs if assigned.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Engage in continuous professional development and update subject knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
