Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the airport,

providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high levels of safety and security.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas.

- Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules,

delays, and other relevant information.

- Check and verify passenger tickets and travel documents.
- Assist passengers with baggage check-in and boarding procedures.
- Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the airport and its facilities. 6.

Coordinate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure timely and efficient operations.

- Handle passenger complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner. 8.

Maintain accurate records and reports of all activities and incidents at the airport.





- Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from aircraft.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the airport terminal and facilities. Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport operations.
- Willingness to work in shifts,

including weekends and holidays.

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage and work in outdoor conditions.
- Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required.
