Role & responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding available courses, career opportunities, and training programs.

- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-in visits.

- Understand students' educational background and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals.

- Explain course curriculum, training methodology, certifications, fees, offers, and placement assistance.

- Follow up with prospective students to convert enquiries into admissions.

Assist students with the admission process, documentation, and fee payment.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

- Resolve student queries promptly and professionally.

- Conduct outbound calls to generated leads from digital marketing campaigns.





- Participate in educational events, seminars, workshops, and admission drives.

- Collect student feedback and support continuous improvement of the admission process.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports for management.

- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a high student satisfaction level.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 03 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, telecalling, customer support, or sales.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
