India Media Manager – Chennai or Mumbai

Specialized in digital and social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WeChat…), KRDS is a leading independent marketing agency. With a global presence in Europe, Middle East and Asia, we design and implement communication strategies for our customers on all social media platforms.

So far, KRDS has completed over 800+ campaigns in 15 countries, on behalf of 250+ clients, which include Peugeot, Danone, LVMH, Unilever, Nestlé and L’Oréal.

As we are growing and expanding our activities, we are currently recruiting a Media Manager to reinforce our team. This role will be based either in Mumbai or in Chennai.

Your responsibilities

- Work with sales teams to understand client expectations and prepare media plans / proposals
- Optimize Social Media content on YouTube and Google+
- Interact with all teams including Paid media, Social media, Planning, IT and copy writer
- Provide result driven campaigns on Social Media, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube to help boost client sales
- Recommend strategies and plans in response to client/agency needs.




- Develop a creative approach to find solutions that meet our clients' objectives
- Analyze data to get insights and strategies about campaigns to implement
- Assist in the development of tailor-made creative with other teams and clients
- Manage our clients' expectations, communicate to them our progress and issues, and regularly report metrics
- Work along with our team across the region, especially with Singapore team

Your profile

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role developing and managing paid communication strategies
- 3-6 years of digital, social, mobile media, online media, or other advertising experience
- Previous experience using campaign management tools like Facebook Power Editor, Kenshoo or Adobe is a must
- Expertise using Excel
- Very strong analytical skills and ability to analyse large volume of data
- Attention to detail is a must in this role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self starter; able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and challenging workplace
