We are looking for a sharp, networked, and deal-hungry BD professional to source and close high-value real estate barter deals across commercial and residential segments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Source and close real estate barter deals across commercial and residential categories Identify and onboard real estate developers, brokers, and corporate clients onto the Build and leverage a strong real estate network to generate leads and close high-value transactions Pitch barter solutions consultatively — understanding client needs and structuring win-win deals

Manage the full deal lifecycle — from prospecting to negotiation to closure

Drive monthly, quarterly,



and annual revenue targets aggressively

Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide regular forecasting and reporting

Collaborate with internal teams (category, operations, finance) to ensure seamless deal execution

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of experience in real estate sales, BD, or brokerage

Proven track record of sourcing and closing commercial and/or residential real estate deals

Robust existing network in the real estate ecosystem (developers, brokers, corporates)

Experience or understanding of barter, media, or non-cash transactions is a big plus

High-energy, target-driven mindset with a passion for deal-making

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently, manage multiple deals simultaneously, and drive closures

Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and strong business acumen

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
