We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (Oil & Gas / Offshore Services)

Ambico FoundOcean Grouting Services Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its commercial team and looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive business growth and client engagement across India and international markets within the Oil & Gas and offshore engineering sectors.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing client relationships in both domestic and international markets. This role requires a proactive, experienced individual who can represent the company professionally in cross-border business dealings.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, offshore, and marine sectors, across India and international markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including overseas clients and vendors
- Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and tender documentation




- Coordinate with technical and project teams to understand client requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities as required, including international travel where needed

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field

✔ 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, and/or commercial roles

✔ Strong command over written and verbal English

✔ Strong negotiation and presentation skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

✔ Experience in Oil & Gas, offshore services or engineering sectors will be an added advantage, as is any prior experience dealing with clients or vendors in the Middle East, South East Asia, and/or with ONGC.

✔ Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach, comfortable working independently
