Job Summary

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and highly patient Mother Teacher to join our foundational stage faculty. As a Mother Teacher, you will act as a secondary caregiver and educator, responsible for the holistic development—cognitive, social, and emotional—of our youngest learners (Pre-Primary to Class 2). The ideal candidate will create a secure, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment where children feel encouraged to explore and learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across all foundational subjects (English, Math, EVS, and Hindi) integrating play-way and Montessori methods.
- Holistic Development: Focus on developing fine/gross motor skills, social skills, personal hygiene, and moral values in young children.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a vibrant, positive, and organized classroom environment that stimulates interactive learning.
- Student Assessment:



Observe and track each child’s daily progress, identifying areas where they need extra support or encouragement.
- Parent Communication: Maintain regular, transparent communication with parents regarding their child's academic progress, behavior, and social development.
- Activity Planning: Organize and lead storytelling sessions, art and craft activities, music, rhymes, and physical play
- Mandatory Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university.
- Exceptional patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Excellent communication skills with high fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to use creative teaching aids, props, and basic smart-class technology.
- High energy levels and a highly creative mindset.
