About the Role

Oriel Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence, execute paid advertising campaigns, and drive lead generation through multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, whatsapp etc.)
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, banners, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn.
- Manage WhatsApp Marketing campaigns using bulk messaging tools and CRM integrations.
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for marketing creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Marketing tools and campaign execution.
- Understanding of audience targeting, lead generation,



and campaign optimization.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools is preferred.
- Strong communication and content writing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in the BFSI/FinTech industry will be an added advantage.
