Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager with 2 years of experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media trends, content planning, audience engagement, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies for brand growth and engagement.
- Manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social channels.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content creation.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, and social media copies.
- Plan and execute campaigns, contests, and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Analyze insights, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
- Manage community engagement through comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated with latest social media algorithms, trends,



and best practices.

Required Skills:

- 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Solid understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, and content strategies.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop is preferred.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to create creative content ideas and campaigns.
- Understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads) is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with brands, agencies, or startups.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Good time management and organizational skills
