- Welcome/assist patients, schedule appointments and maintain patient records
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media inquiries
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding treatments, appointments and pricing
- Follow up with leads and clients for consultations and treatment reminders
- Assist in promoting clinic services special offers and collect patient reviews
- Support social media posting, marketing campaigns and generation of leads
- Manage billing, receipts, coordinate cleaning and basic administrative tasks
- Prior experience in clinic, hospital, salon, spa, or customer service preferred
