Our Client is a leading insurance repository serving the entire insurance ecosystem for over a decade. It has delivery centers located in Chennai, Mumbai and Hyderabad and Insurance service centers across 300 locations across the country.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Over 15 years of expertise in the insurance industry, including P&L; oversight
- Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) from a recognized university; or an equivalent undergraduate degree. Master of Business Administration (MBA, pref. Operations).
- Work experience in the insurance industry, particularly in operations involving numerous processes. Exposure to both living things and inanimate objects will be beneficial.
- Had to have overseen sizable teams and intricately organized operations.
- The candidate will have an advantage if they have training in quality frameworks like Six Sigma (Black Belt), TPM Certification, and project management.
- Management of Stakeholders, Both Internal and External
- Proven capacity to collaborate with others and have a positive impact on a sizable, intricate network and organization in the insurance sector at the Senior Leadership level (CXOs or CXO one-down level).
- Capability to solve problems.
- Communication, both strategic and directed.
- Capability for managing people: the capacity to draw in, keep, and grow a team.
