DWIBROS INFRACON PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of accounting principles, basic knowledge of Tally Prime, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Candidates with a willingness to learn up-to-date cloud accounting software such as Zoho Books will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Record day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Prepare Sales Invoices and Delivery Challans.
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.
- Maintain Purchase and Sales records.
- Assist in Bank Reconciliation.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable records.
- Prepare accounting reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.




- Assist in inventory-related accounting and record maintenance.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Experience in Sales Invoicing.
- Knowledge of Delivery Challans.
- E-Way Bill generation.
- E-Invoice generation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting concepts.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, etc.).
- Exposure to GST documentation.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books or other ERP software will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
