We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management.

This role is ideal for recruiters who enjoy hiring across multiple functions and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Handle offer follow-up and joining coordination.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.




- Meet monthly hiring targets.

Eligibility

- Post Graduate qualification is mandatory
- 6 Months to 5 Years of recruitment experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets
