About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SAP IBP Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on consulting experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) along with proven training and mentoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive SAP IBP training sessions covering functional and practical concepts.
- Conduct live online classes, workshops, and hands-on exercises.
- Guide learners through real-time business scenarios and project-based learning.
- Develop and update training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Address participant queries and provide continuous learning support.
- Share industry best practices and implementation insights.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Robust knowledge of SAP IBP modules including:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Optimization
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)
- Control Tower
- Experience in SAP IBP implementation and support projects.




- Understanding of supply chain planning processes and business scenarios.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 3+ years of SAP IBP consulting experience.
- Prior experience as a Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or Faculty is mandatory.
- Strong practical exposure to SAP IBP implementations and business processes.
- Ability to conduct engaging and interactive online training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP IBP Certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in corporate training, professional coaching, or academic training institutes.
- Exposure to end-to-end SAP Supply Chain Planning processes.
