Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Account Manager to lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting operations, banking, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Financial Management

- Overall responsibility for the Accounts Department.
- Preparation and analysis of Plant-wise Profit & Loss Accounts.
- Year-end closure of Books of Accounts.
- Financial reporting and MIS preparation.

Banking & Finance

- Bank payment approvals and monitoring.
- Coordination with banks for LC opening and discounting.
- Timely submission of stock statements.
- Submission of bank reports such as FFRI and other financial reports.
- Processing disposal instructions for foreign remittances.

Compliance & Statutory Matters

- ROC filings and statutory compliances.
- Coordination with Internal Auditors and Statutory Auditors.
- Handling Income Tax, GST, and other taxation matters.
- GST refund workings and documentation.




- Duty Drawback accounting and compliance.

Operational Coordination

- Coordination with factory billing teams for timely billing activities.
- Monitoring petty cash and compliance requirements.
- Support and drive ERP/Odoo implementation and process improvements.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Qualified qualifications such as CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

10+ Years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
- Expertise in GST, Income Tax, ROC Compliances, Audits, and Banking Operations.
- Experience in LC documentation and foreign remittances.
- Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
