Achievement of monthly, Quarterly and Annual target in all assigned territories.
Improvement of weak brands health and establishment of New brands though proper monitoring of companies plan and local level initiatives.
Identification of training need for existing employees and take corrective measures through counselling and field demonstration/ Recent MR field training.
Conducting Eye check up camp, Diabetes detection camp etc/ Taking initiatives for CRM activities like birthday celebration and other innovative activities.
Proper monitoring and maintenance of Stockist level Primary – Secondary ratio, Collection follow up, In time payment realisation, Driving very big legacy brands through proper inventory control.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
