Role Overview

The Food & Beverage Operations Internship will gain hands-on exposure to restaurant operations, guest service, beverage service, and hospitality management within international hotel environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist guests with food and beverage service
- Support restaurant and banquet operations
- Learn table setup and service standards
- Assist in beverage preparation and presentation
- Support inventory and stock management activities
- Learn hospitality communication and guest interaction
- Assist with event and dining operations
- Follow service quality standards
