We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join the Agency Channel team as Sr Manager – MIS & Business Analytics. The role will focus on driving data-driven decision making, building leadership dashboards, and creating high-quality CXO-level presentations to support business reviews and strategic initiatives within the Agency Channel.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analytics capabilities, advanced PowerPoint storytelling skills, and the ability to convert complex datasets into clear business insights for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analytics & MIS Strategy

- Drive MIS strategy and analytics for the Agency Channel.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Develop automated MIS frameworks and data visualization tools.

2. Leadership Dashboards & Reporting

- Build and maintain leadership dashboards for sin business reporting.
- Support leadership with analytical insights for strategic decision-making.

Candidate Profile

Education

- MBA (Preferred) / Postgraduate (Preferred) / Graduate degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field.

Experience

- 6 years+ of experience in business analytics, MIS, or strategic reporting.
- Experience in insurance / financial services / agency distribution will be an advantage.

Key Skills

- Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot, Data Modeling)
- Power BI / Data Visualization tools
- Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
