Job Role:Manager – Healthcare IT Infrastructure & Networks

Job Description:

The Manager – Healthcare IT Infrastructure & Networks is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end IT infrastructure across hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory centers. The role covers data centers, networks, Wi-Fi, end-user devices, telephony, cybersecurity, physical security, smart clinic systems, and vendor management, ensuring high availability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead infrastructure design and operations for servers, networks, Wi-Fi, data centers, and connectivity.

· Manage end-user computing, collaboration tools, telephony, and endpoint security.

· Oversee cybersecurity, physical security systems, and compliance (NABH, HIPAA, ISO 27001).

· Support smart clinic technologies, cabling, BMS integrations,



and IoT readiness.

· Drive projects, vendor selection, BOQs/RFPs, implementation, documentation, and asset management.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Electronics.

· 10+ years of experience in multi-site IT infrastructure and networking (healthcare preferred).

· Robust expertise in servers, networking, firewalls, Wi-Fi, security, and vendor/project management.

· Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP, ITIL, VMware, cybersecurity) preferred.

Pay: ₹5,479.34 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
