About us TheIBInsight helps IB Diploma, MYP, and CP students and their families navigate tutoring, study-abroad admissions, and test prep (SAT/IELTS). We're testing a content-led marketing strategy on Instagram and looking for a creative intern to help us find out what actually resonates with IB students and parents through Reels and short-form video.

What you'll do

- Brainstorm and script Instagram Reels and short-form video ideas for an IB-focused education brand
- Research trending audio, formats, and viral content patterns relevant to students and parents
- Help shoot and/or edit Reels
- Write captions and support content scheduling
- Work directly with the founder to test and iterate on content ideas
- Support light, ad-hoc marketing tasks as the strategy evolves

Requirements

- Comfortable with short-form video — filming, editing, or ideation
- Genuine interest in content/social media; a plus if you already post Reels or run an account
- Based in India, available ~5hrs/week for the full 3-month duration
- A self-starter who brings ideas, not just executes instructions

Compensation This is a paid freelance job (₹5,000/month, ₹15,000 total over 3 months) a stipend suited to a part time, portfolio-building role rather than a primary income source.
