We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations while working closely with the founders.

Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment (Job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate interviews with department heads
- Handle candidate communication and follow-ups
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Attendance and leave management
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters
- Support performance review process
- Build a positive work culture
- Coordinate internship hiring and campus recruitment
- Work closely with founders on hiring strategy





These responsibilities align with common HR Executive roles in startup environments.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree (HR/BBA/B.Com/MBA preferred)
- Valuable English communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, Naukri, etc.
- Ability to multitask
- Positive attitude
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
