Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Jewellery Sales Consultant for a premium Designer Jewellery Boutique located in DLF Phase-4, Gurgaon and Mehrauli, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in luxury jewellery retail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Candidates must be fluent in English, presentable, soft-spoken, and capable of building long-term relationships with high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend designer jewellery based on their style, occasion, and budget.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI and repeat customers.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, including diamonds, gemstones, gold, silver, and designer collections.
- Assist customers with styling, jewellery pairing, and gifting recommendations.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and customer documentation accurately.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure attractive product displays.




- Coordinate with inventory and store operations for stock availability and replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, after-sales service, repairs, and exchange requests professionally.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with customers regarding new collections and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with store SOPs and security procedures.

Required Skills

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Designer Jewellery, Fine Jewellery, Luxury Retail, or Premium Lifestyle Brands.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Soft-spoken, well-groomed, and highly presentable personality.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and luxury jewellery products.
- Ability to handle high-value transactions with professionalism.
- Good computer knowledge and experience with POS billing systems.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
