Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for interior and exterior design services.
- Identify and generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, referrals, builders, and architects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and convert inquiries into projects.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, brochures, site branding, and promotional activities.
- Build partnerships with real estate developers, contractors, and vendors for business opportunities.
- Organize and represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to align customer requirements with business offerings.
- Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and marketing performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,



Business, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in interior, exterior, construction, or real estate industry.(Fresher can also apply)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
