The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and presenting business data to support decision-making. The role involves preparing periodic MIS reports, ensuring data accuracy, creating dashboards, and coordinating with different departments to provide timely business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and maintain business data from multiple sources.
- Develop and update dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Analyze business data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Automate recurring reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros, or VBA (where applicable).
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, and other departments for data collection.
- Maintain databases and generate ad hoc reports as requested by management.
- Monitor KPIs and highlight performance deviations.
- Support management with data-driven decision-making.
