We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead and manage travel programs specially designed for senior citizens. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing domestic and International tours while ensuring safety, comfort, and a seamless travel experience for elderly clients. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and design travel packages tailored for senior citizens, domestic and InternationalOversee end-to-end tour operations, including bookings, itineraries, and logisticsEnsure high standards of safety, comfort, and medical readiness during travelCoordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local vendorsManage group tours and provide on-ground support when requiredHandle customer queries, special requests, and escalationsDevelop partnerships with travel vendors and healthcare support servicesMonitor budgets, pricing,



and profitability of travel packagesTrain and lead travel coordinators and support staffEnsure compliance with travel regulations and documentationKey Requirements5-6 years of experience in the travel industry, with team handling experienceStrong knowledge of domestic and International travel operationsExcellent leadership, planning, and organisational skillsStrong communication and client-handling abilitiesSensitivity and understanding of senior citizen needsAbility to handle emergencies and problem-solving under pressurePreferred candidate profile

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
