- Plan daily material requirements based on stock and operational demand.
- Ensure timely issue of materials for uninterrupted kitchen and event operations.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen Team for daily material planning.
- Manage overall store and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory.
- Conduct physical stock verification at least twice a week.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) for required materials.
- Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
- Receive materials as per approved Purchase Orders.
- Verify quantity, quality, batch number, and expiry before accepting stock.
- Complete goods receipt checklists for all inward materials.
- Coordinate with the Data Entry Associate for timely MRN preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, stock transfers, and inventory movements.
- Update the FMS Excel Sheet on a daily basis.
- Verify material requisitions before issuing stock.
- Ensure timely material issue to all departments.
- Double-check all event dispatches before sending materials.
- Ensure no expired or damaged items are dispatched.




- Prepare inward and outward stock details for E-Way Bills.
- Reconcile physical stock with system inventory regularly.
- Prepare and submit Non-Moving & Slow-Moving Stock Reports every 15 days with acknowledgement from the Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef.
- Conduct regular inspections of cold storage to ensure proper storage conditions.
- Maintain proper stock stacking and warehouse housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO, FEFO, FSSAI, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Supervise and guide Store Associates in daily operations.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Kitchen, and Operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory/MIS reports.
- Minimize stock shortages, wastage, and inventory variances.
- Ensure proper storage, security, and accountability of company inventory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
