We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and versatile Accountant cum HR Executive to join our team. In this dual-function role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, managing both our financial health and our human resources. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic workplace, blending numerical precision with excellent interpersonal skills to ensure seamless compliance, accurate bookkeeping, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Finance Operations

- Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including invoicing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Financial Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and oversee the management of petty cash.
- Payroll & Taxation: Execute accurate monthly payroll processing, including statutory deductions, benefits administration, and tax filings.
- Reporting & Compliance: Assist with internal/external auditing, annual budgeting, and the preparation of monthly financial reports.

2. Human Resources & Administration

- Talent Acquisition: Drive the full recruitment cycle,



from sourcing and interviewing to seamless onboarding and structured offboarding.
- HR Records Management: Maintain precise and confidential employee databases, including leave tracking, attendance, and personnel files.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, employment regulations, and workplace safety standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

- Exp in Accounting software Tally & Excel (Required)
