Role Overview

Swansh Group is seeking a agile and experienced Sales Head to lead its wealth management distribution business across mutual funds, AIFs, PMS, Insurance and other financial products. This role is a revenue centre responsible for driving growth, building robust distribution networks, and managing both B2B and B2C channels reporting to Director

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across mutual funds, AIFs, PMS, and other investment products.
- Business Development: Expand distribution networks by onboarding new partners, IFAs, wealth managers, and institutional clients.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team for both B2B and B2C verticals.
- Revenue Growth: Drive profitability by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing channels.
- Client Engagement: Establish strong relationships with distributors, partners,



and end clients to ensure long-term business sustainability.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies proactively.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEBI and other regulatory guidelines in all sales and distribution activities.

✅ Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial product distribution (mutual funds, PMS, AIF, or related).
- Proven track record of revenue generation and team building in wealth management or financial services.
- Strong network of distributors, IFAs, and institutional clients.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage both B2B and B2C sales models effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on scaling business operations.
