About the Role

Responsibilities
Translate product features (fabric technology, UPF protection, hidden pockets, etc.) into clear, compelling ad campaigns.
Partner with design, video, and copy teams to bring ideas to life.
Review performance data to refine and optimize creative.
Ideal Candidate
2+ years of experience in creative strategy or similar roles.
Background in paid social (Meta, TikTok, Google).
Experience in apparel, lifestyle, or outdoor brands a plus.
Strong balance of creativity and data-driven thinking.
