About the Role
We are looking for a Branch Manager who will own the P&L; for our Kannur operations. This is not a desk job. You will spend 40–50% of your time in the field — building relationships with associations, corporates, colleges, and community groups — while also leading social media enquiry conversion and team mentoring.

You will operate with significant autonomy, reporting remotely to Management, and coordinating with a senior WFH staff member.

What You’ll Own

- P&L; & Profitability – Revenue, margin, and branch growth
- Social Media Conversion – Every DM/comment tracked, responded within 15 mins, and analyzed for conversion
- Field Sales – Partnerships with Rotary, Lions, Churches, Temples, IMA, Hotel Owners, etc.
- Team Leadership – Train & mentor 2 on-site staff + coordinate with senior WFH staff
- Vendor Negotiation – Hotels, DMCs, transport, airlines




- New Products – Launch destinations/services based on demand
- Customer Happiness – Post-sales support, escalation handling, testimonials

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in sales / business development (travel, tourism, or related field preferred)
- Robust ownership mentality – you act like a business owner
- Excellent relationship-building skills – you enjoy meeting people
- Data-driven – you track enquiries, response times, lost reasons
- Comfortable with Excel
- Ability to train and hold a small team accountable
- Fluent in Malayalam & English (written & spoken)

Pay: ₹14,383.98 - ₹28,000.00 per month
