As a Specialized Accounts Payable professional, you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities within a global banking environment. This role requires strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing setup. You will contribute directly to accurate financial reporting, compliance, and smooth month-end closures while collaborating with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute accounting reconciliations across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes with high accuracy
Support month-end closing activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and accounting standards
Handle invoice processing, validations, and issue resolution within defined SLAs
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and queries




Operate and support AP workflows using ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba
Participate in client-facing interactions, providing clear communication and timely updates
Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records for all AP activities
Continuously identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and controls
What Makes You a Great Fit
CA Inter qualification with strong knowledge of accounting reconciliations and P2P processes
Solid understanding of tax compliance and financial controls
Experience working in a global banking or financial services setting
Hands-on exposure to SAP Ariba or similar AP/procurement tools
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage in client-facing roles
Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and maintain accuracy under pressure
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
