Digital Mitro is looking for a confident and customer-focused Web Consultant to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will communicate with international clients, understand their website and digital marketing requirements, and recommend suitable web solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in International Voice Process, Website Sales, or Customer Support is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of websites, digital marketing, and online business solutions will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Shift Details

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday

Pay: ₹9,802.51 - ₹33,752.67 per month
