Required 3 - 7 Years Experienced , Qualified and Practicing Lawyer with LLB or LLM background.
Responsibilities:
Providing legal advice to company and its directors.
Preparation and Vetting of contractual arrangements with suppliers/customers and consortiums.
Liaoning and coordinating with practicing skilled and law firms appointed.
Reply to legal notices related civil, criminal, banking etc
Overall management of all activities pertaining to on-going legal matters.
Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS PowerPoint and Excel skills,
Good interpersonal skills, Vetting Contracts, Legal Notices, Legal Drafting, SEBI, Drafting Agreements,
Appearance in court.
