We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and scale the Affordable Home Loans vertical across a designated region. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in affordable housing finance, demonstrated team leadership capabilities, and a strong background in business development through both direct and channel sales. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive disbursement volumes and achieve business targets for the Affordable Home Loans portfolio within the region
Lead a team comprising Cluster Managers, Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and field executives to meet performance objectives
Grow business through sourcing partnerships, including DSAs, connectors, and builder tie-ups
Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio with effective controls to manage delinquencies and minimize fraud
Collaborate cross-functionally with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure seamless customer service




Monitor and enhance productivity across the sales organization
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide ongoing training, and drive team development initiatives
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements
Identify and activate potential high-growth geographies and under-penetrated markets for expansion
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a regional or team leadership role within the Affordable Housing or Home Loan segment
In-depth understanding of the sub-₹30 lakh loan category, with robust industry insights and local market knowledge
Established relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners in the affordable housing ecosystem
Proven track record of achieving business goals while maintaining portfolio quality
Clean employment history with no gaps in education or career
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Open to frequent travel across the assigned region
