Role OverviewEdvia is seeking an experienced and student-centric Europe Counsellor to provide virtual overseas education counselling to prospective students interested in studying across Europe. The role involves conducting personalised counselling sessions, assessing student profiles, recommending suitable European universities and programs, and guiding students throughout their study abroad journey.The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Europe education counselling, proven experience delivering virtual counselling through an EdTech platform, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with students while helping them make informed academic and career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct virtual and in some cases physical counselling sessions with prospective students and parents interested in studying in Europe.
- Evaluate students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, financial capabilities, and study preferences.
- Provide personalised guidance on European study destinations, universities, courses, scholarships, admission requirements, and career opportunities.
- Assist students in selecting suitable European universities and programs aligned with their academic goals.
- Explain admission processes, documentation requirements, application timelines, visa requirements, and enrollment procedures for European countries.
- Support students throughout the application process and coordinate with the internal admissions team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students through regular follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of student interactions and application progress in the CRM system.




- Stay updated on European education trends, university requirements, scholarships, visa policies, and immigration regulations.
- Achieve monthly counselling, application, and enrollment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Europe overseas education counselling.
- Proven experience conducting virtual counselling sessions for students aspiring to study in Europe.
- Preferred experience providing virtual counselling through an EdTech platform and managing student journeys digitally.
- Robust knowledge of European study destinations such as Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Malta, Spain, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Finland, Sweden, all Schengen and other European countries.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong counselling, relationship-building, and student engagement abilities.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide consultative guidance.
- Experience using CRM systems, counselling platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
- Graduate in any discipline (Education, Management, or related fields preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
