We're looking for a Digital & Growth Marketing Lead who can build and scale international B2B demand generation for our software development and AI consulting business.

What You'll Do

- Build and execute demand generation strategies for global markets (US, UK, Europe, etc.)
- Launch and optimize channels such as:
- Paid Advertising
- Email Marketing
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Webinars
- Partnerships
- Review Platforms (Clutch, G2, GoodFirms)
- Generate qualified marketing leads and contribute to revenue growth
- Work closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
- Guide SEO strategy while expanding acquisition beyond organic search
- Measure campaign performance and continuously optimize results

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in B2B Growth Marketing
- Experience marketing IT Services, Software Development, SaaS,



or Technology companies
- Proven success generating international B2B leads
- Hands-on experience building new acquisition channels, not just managing existing ones
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics and campaign optimization
- Excellent communication skills

Bonus If You Have

- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Experience with ABM tools
- Knowledge of AI or software consulting markets
