Job Summary

Rudra Hyundai is looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Consultants (FSCs) to promote vehicle sales through field activities, customer interactions, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales leads through field visits, referrals, campaigns, and customer networking.
- Conduct daily market visits to identify and approach potential customers.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the dealership.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, exchange benefits, and current offers to customers.
- Arrange and coordinate vehicle test drives.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM/DMS.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, exhibitions,



and dealership marketing campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Submit daily activity reports to the Team Leader/Sales Manager.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Prior experience in automobile or field sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office.

Requirements

- Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a positive and professional approach.
