Job Title: Export Marketing Executive – Middle East

Industry: Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes / Engineering / Manufacturing

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Export Marketing Executive to manage and expand our business operations in the Middle East market, with a key focus on Qatar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export marketing within the stainless steel / pipes & tubes industry and strong knowledge of international trade practices, including vendor registration and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement export marketing strategies for Middle East regions, especially Qatar

Handle vendor registration and approval processes with major oil & gas companies, EPC contractors, and government entities in Qatar

Identify and generate new business opportunities and build a robust client base

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international customers and distributors

Manage export documentation and coordinate with logistics, shipping, and production teams

Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and customer demand

Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with overseas clients

Ensure smooth order execution,



timely delivery, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience in export marketing in the stainless steel / pipes & tubes industry

Prior experience in Middle East markets, especially Qatar

Strong knowledge of vendor registration processes (Qatar Energy, Ashghal, etc.)

Good understanding of international business practices and export procedures

Familiarity with export documentation such as LC, shipping documents, and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel frequently for business development

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Knowledge of Qatar and GCC market standards and approvals

Experience dealing with EPC contractors, oil & gas sector clients
