Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Area Sales Executives (ASE) and Area Sales Officers (ASO) for multiple locations across India. The role is responsible for driving retail tyre sales, expanding dealer networks, and increasing market penetration in the assigned territory.

Locations

Chandigarh, Indore, Patna, Bhubaneswar/Cuttack, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the dealer and retailer network within the assigned territory.
- Drive sales growth and increase market penetration.
- Build strong relationships with tyre dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Execute sales promotions, local market activities, and dealer engagement programs.
- Monitor territory performance and achieve sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
- Ensure regular dealer visits and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

- ASE: Minimum 5 years of experience.
- ASO: Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Minimum 75% of total experience must be in tyre field sales.
- Current designation should be ASE, ASO, Sales Executive, or Territory Sales roles in the tyre industry.
- Robust territory management and relationship management skills.
- Local language knowledge is mandatory. Basic English and Hindi are preferred.





Mandatory Industry Experience

Candidates must currently be working with leading tyre companies such as:
MRF, Apollo Tyres, JK Tyre, CEAT, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Michelin, TVS Eurogrip, BKT, or similar brands.

Important Screening Criteria

✓ Experience in passenger vehicle or two-wheeler tyre retail business is mandatory.
✓ Candidates should handle dealer and retailer sales for consumer tyre segments.
✓ Experience in two-wheeler tyre sales is highly preferred.
✗ Fleet business sales involving truck or bus fleet owners will not be considered.
✗ B2B institutional tyre sales profiles are not suitable.
✗ Bicycle tyre experience will not be considered.
✗ Non-local candidates will not be preferred.

Stability Criteria

- Minimum 1.5 years in the current organization.
- Minimum 2 years in the previous organization.
