About the Role

Techy Shift Agency is looking for an experienced Business Acquisition Specialist to generate new client opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and professional networking.

Your responsibility is to connect with decision-makers, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into long-term business collaborations.

Compensation Model

This is a performance-based opportunity. There is no fixed/basic salary.

Monthly/Weekly commission payout.
Commission is paid for every confirmed project/client you bring.
Weekly tracking and project confirmation updates.
Unlimited earning potential based on your performance and closing ability.
The more projects you close, the more you earn.

What We're Looking For

Experience in B2B sales, client acquisition,



or business development.
Strong cold-calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and confident in closing deals.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
