KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Should also be helping on sourcing of RE deals. Analyze real estate projects—residential, commercial, warehousing—for financial viability and funding requirements

2. Prepare project finance models, cash flow projections, and investment memos

3. Source funding from banks, HFCs, NBFCs, real estate funds, and HNI investors

4. Evaluate construction finance, LRD, NCD, and mezzanine structures

5. Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and valuers for due diligence

6. Advise clients on RERA compliance, escrow mechanisms, and investor structuring

7. Monitor disbursement schedules and ensure covenant compliance post-sanction

8. Should be competent of team building / training

9. Build relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
