We are looking for a clinical psychologist (M.Phil, Clinical Psychology) to counsel people, supervise and build quality protocols, develop and help in delivering self-help modules for various developmental programs, workshops etc.
Responsibilities
Providing Counselling to clients (Chat/Telephonic/F2F)
Becoming the quality gatekeeper (Supervision/Quality Reviews)
Handling red flag cases (suicidal tendencies)
Training Experts and setting protocols for quality counseling on the platform
Creating/ Supervising various self-help modules
Requirement
MPhil in Clinical Psychology (RCI license)
Belief in the effectiveness of online counselling
Outstanding Communication Skills (written and verbal)
Ability to organise and design programs
A good network of psychologists is a major plus
