Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with 3–4 years of experience to manage and optimize marketing automation campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing, lead nurturing, campaign automation, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and optimize automated marketing campaigns.

- Manage email marketing workflows, lead nurturing, and customer journeys.

- Create and maintain marketing automation workflows, triggers, and customer journeys.

- Integrate CRM systems with marketing automation platforms.

- Set up and manage WhatsApp and email automation campaigns.

- Segment audiences and personalize campaigns for better engagement.

- Track campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve lead generation and conversion.





- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and best practices in marketing automation.

Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in Marketing Automation.

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), ActiveCampaign, Zoho Marketing Automation, Mailchimp, Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), Klaviyo, or similar platforms.

- Experience with WhatsApp automation tools such as AiSensy, WATI, Interakt, or similar platforms.

- Robust knowledge of CRM systems and lead lifecycle management.

- Experience with email marketing, workflow automation, lead scoring, and campaign optimization.

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email templates is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
